Curtis Cab Doors for John Deere Gator

Curtis Industries has released its new replacement doors for the John Deere Gator factory cab.

Curtis boasts its doors are durable, rust proof aluminum and offer the best solution to high-cost factory replacement doors. Reinforced door frame and high-quality door latch hardware are designed to provide strength in extreme conditions and rough terrain.

According to Curtis, the doors are 70% less likely to break than the factory all-glass doors. Large shatter-resistant acrylic lower window panels reduce the risk of breakage, especially when working in areas where flying debris, small stones, rocks, gravel and other hazards are common. Gas shocks are designed to offer smooth operation and protect the door from swinging open in windy conditions.

The Curtis doors use the same latch and post as factory doors and installs on 2004 and newer 620i, 625i, 825i, 850D and 855D Gators with a #4004 Deluxe Cab Frame. No modification is needed to the cab. Rubber seals around window and door are designed to ensure a tight seal and solid fit.

Both driver and passenger doors have window sliders to add cab ventilation while driving without risking damage or injury by driving with the doors open.

In addition to improved ventilation, the window sliders provide ‘pass through’ capability, allowing the operator to reach outside the cab without opening the door.

Doors are painted in a textured black. Handles and door latches are all steel for durability. Inside door pull bar with a grip handle release latch for easy open and close. Pin-hinged doors remove in seconds for ‘open air’ operation. Doors are lockable.
