CommandViewTM III Cab

Producers and ag service providers can enhance the capabilities of their new John Deere 4-Series Sprayers by adding a new lightweight carbon fiber boom and new CommandViewTM III cab that provides all-day comfort and a customizable workspace.

“The CommandView III cab comes equipped with the John Deere 4600 CommandCenter that enables producers and ag service providers to efficiently capture, manage and transfer data. The redesigned CommandARMTM features a multi-function handle to give operators additional ways to customize their work environment,” says Doug Felter, marketing manager, application equipment for John Deere. An optional heated, fully ventilated leather seat, also is available and can swivel up to 15 degrees for improved operator visibility to the area behind the sprayer.

John Deere announces that it has significantly increased the warranty periods for its Ag and Turf equipment parts, retroactive to parts sold after November 1, 2016. The new warranty terms apply to dealer-installed John Deere original equipment manufactured (OEM) parts and labor, as well as non-dealer or customer-installed John Deere OEM parts for the company’s Ag and Turf lines of equipment.

Josh Dinwiddie, project manager for parts, service and attachment marketing for John Deere, says the changes to the John Deere Ag and Turf parts warranty terms further enhance the value of the company’s OEM parts and dealership services for all their customers, no matter what Ag or Turf equipment they own.

John Deere 2320 Field Cultivator

To help producers prepare a more agronomically sound seedbed ahead of the planter in often short time windows, John Deere introduces two new tillage tools. These next-generation secondary tillage implements are designed from “below the ground up” to work faster and smarter, making customers more productive while effectively handling tough soil conditions and high levels of crop residue at speeds up to 10 mph.

“Producers are continually demanding more from their tillage equipment in terms of soil mixing and residue management, faster operating speeds and more precise depth control,” says Jarred Karnei, product marketing manager for John Deere. “To meet those needs, we’ve increased working widths and operating speeds, and provided a wider array of finishing attachments to create that custom field finish and firm seedbed that’s so important for uniform germination and crop establishment.”

John Deere 3025E

To meet varied customer needs and budgets, John Deere expands its popular 3E Series Compact Utility Tractor line to include the 3025E model. With the addition of a 25-horsepower option, John Deere now offers a reliable trio of compact utility tractors all the way up to 38 horsepower.

“Our 3E Series compact tractors have a reputation for being reliable machines that customers can trust to power through the toughest of jobs,” said Michelle Bentley, product marketing manager. “With the new 3025E, John Deere has combined capability and comfort at an affordable price, meeting a diverse range of needs for our hardworking customers.”

John Deere 2R Series

Customers seeking a solution for increased productivity without sacrificing comfort will appreciate the expansion of the John Deere 2R Series Compact Utility Tractor line. Two new large-chassis models, the 2032R and 2038R, feature a redesigned body for improved stability and an offering in the 38 horsepower range, providing more options for any size operation.

The wide tractor stance and longer wheelbase of the 2032R and 2038R, combined with increased tractor weight, improve stability when navigating a variety of different terrains. A premium suspension seat, ergonomic controls, tilt steering wheel, cruise control and thick rubber floor mat provide a comfortable operator experience, reducing operator fatigue. Additionally, the 2R Series Compact Utility Tractors are equipped with standard work lights on the fender and an optional premium LED work light kit, allowing operators to extend the workday, optimizing productivity.

John Deere 9R Series

New for model year 2017, the 9R Series Wheeled and Scraper Special Tractors will feature a redesigned composite fuel tank. The new sloped design of the tank improves the aesthetics of the 9R and rear visibility for the operator.

“The composite fuel tank also features a dual-fill design, allowing operators to fill the fuel tank from either side,” says Tiffany Turner, product marketing manager, John Deere. “The fuel tank capacity is 320 gallons on the 9370R and 9470R Tractors and 400 gallons on the 9529R and 9620R Tractors.”

John Deere T670

(Press Release) For model year 2017, John Deere T670 model walker combines will have significant enhancements to boost productivity, threshing capacity, and straw quality for baling while making service and maintenance much easier and less time consuming. These are all benefits that U.S. and Canadian small grain producers will appreciate when it comes to harvesting during often tight windows and tough conditions.

According to Terry DeMay, senior marketing representative for John Deere Harvester Works, the newly updated T670 Combine will lead the industry with several new features, helping to make it the most productive walker combine available.

John Deere Air Hoe Seeder

(Press Release) Small grains and oil seed producers can now plant more acres quickly and accurately with the introduction of the 76-foot. 1870 Air Hoe Drill from John Deere. This latest addition to the 1870 Air Seeder lineup, which includes 40-foot and 56-foot models, incorporates many new industry-leading features designed to improve seed and fertilizer placement and increase productivity.

John Peters, marketing manager for the John Deere Seeding Group, says this wider air seeder integrates the latest in precision placement, depth and pressure control, and other enhancements into one of the most rugged, dynamic air seeders on the market today.

John Deere MaxEmerge

(Press Release) To help corn and soybean growers improve planting accuracy, reliability and uptime during this critical time of year, John Deere introduces the MaxEmerge 5e row units. Available in time for use next spring, the variable-rate MaxEmerge 5e row units can be used on a wide variety of John Deere planters, including popular mini-hopper and DB planters.

Brian Boelens, product specialist John Deere Seeding, says the new MaxEmerge 5e row units provide significant improvement in seeding population accuracy across the full width of the planter, especially when operating on curves. “With planters equipped with the electric meter drive for each row unit and related technology, customers can achieve up to a 20 percent improvement in population accuracy and eliminate a potential one to two percent yield loss due to seeding inaccuracies.”

John Deere Gator XUV590i

A pair of new Gators have been added to the John Deere family – the XUV590i and XUV590i S4 Crossover Utility Vehicles.

Deere says the new Gators are designed for crop and livestock producers who looking for performance, comfort and customization. Each features a Twin-cylinder engine, independent four-wheel suspension and availability of more than 75.
