Mahindra Offering 7-Year Powertrain Warranty

Effective July 1st, 2016, Mahindra North America has strengthened their warranty program on sub-compact, compact and compact/utility models with the industry’s best 7-year limited powertrain warranty offering.  This new warranty program will be offered on several tractor series including:  eMax, Max, 1500, 2500, 3500, and 4500.

Mahindra USA Expands Parts Department in Houston

Mahindra USA is set to begin phasing in its all-new parts facility in July 2015 and is expected to be fully online by the end of the year.

Mahindra has invested more than $1 million in a major expansion that triples the parts department footprint and increases office space at its Houston headquarters. The additional space includes an automated parts storage and retrieval system tied directly to the shipping and receiving operations that continue to be managed by Pierce Distribution Services. Mahindra Partners with Intimidator for UTV

Mahindra USA announced it is teaming up with Intimidator Inc. to manufacturer an all-new line of Utility vehicles, the Mahindra mPACT XTV.

The mPACT XTV rollout will begin with six models available through Mahindra’s dealer network beginning in early 2015. Mahindra dealers were given a sneak preview of the new utility vehicles at Mahindra’s Regional Dealer Meetings in October. (more…)

Mahindra To Build Home For Wounded Army Soldier

Mahindra USA, its dealer network and partner KMW LTD teamed up with Operation Finally Home, announcing plans to build a new home for a wounded Army soldier.

Army SPC Brad Wilson, his wife Lisa and their three children were surprised by executives from all three organizations with the news of their new home at Mahindra USA’s National Dealer Meeting in Nashville, Tenn. (more…)

Mahindra USA To Expand Distribution Center

Mahindra USA has announced plans for an exclusive Southeast Mahindra Assembly and Distribution Center in January, 2014, expanding one of the company’s four tractor assembly and distribution facilities in North America. The expanded assembly and distribution center will continue to be located in Chattanooga, Tenn. and will support the growing southeast and midwest Mahindra dealer networks.

The Southeast Mahindra Assembly and Distribution Center will be operated by Randy Topping, owner of Mahindra dealer Chattanooga Tractor and Equipment. The center will have a positive impact on the Chattanooga area economy as Mahindra says it will employ up to 100 people in the operation as it moves into full production, creating 55 new jobs. Mahindra USA No. 2 In NAEDA Dealer Satisfaction Survey

Mahindra USA has moved up to the No. 2 spot in the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.

After showing improvement in overall dealer satisfaction, Mahindra USA moved up a position in the rankings. Mahindra USA captured the top spot in several categories: Communications with Management, Marketing & Advertising Support and Product Availability.

The NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey is based on the feedback of NAEDA-member dealers in the United States and Canada with a 20 percent increase in responses as compared to 2012. The survey results are compiled from data provided by more than 3,000 individual dealers representing more than 1,000 dealerships.

Mahindra Produces Two Millionth Tractor

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Is celebrating a major milestone as the company’s Kandivali plant in Mumbai, India rolled out its two millionth tractor on February 27, 2013.

According to Mahindra, the company achieved this milestone by doubling its global production in less than a decade. The first million tractors were produced over a nearly 40-year span, beginning in 1965 with the first Mahindra tractor.

Mahindra USA has contributed to this milestone through its growth in the U.S. and Canadian tractor markets over the past two decades. Mahindra is the fastest growing tractor brand in North America. (more…)

Mahindra USA Performs Well in Dealer Satisfaction Survey

According to the results from the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) 2012 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survery, Mahindra USA was among the top performers. Ranking among the top three in overall dealer satisfaction, Mahindra USA led in four categories: marketing and advertising support, product technical support, warranty payments and return privileges.

Mahindra USA feels the results of this survey help reinforce the effectiveness of Mahindra USA’s long-term strategy of creating a partnership with its dealers.
