April 6th 2016 I purchased a model 3550 PST tractor with a loader, a backhoe, forks and a 3rd function diverter valve (fdv). Tractor was received by me with the 3rd fdv mounted over the pins that hold the backhoe on the sub frame, thus making it impossible to remove the hoe without removing the valv

e (not a simple or fast job). Note one pin actually had the tee grip ground off to make it fit. To date my dealer has not been given a solution for this problem by Mahindra Corporate, nor have I after repeated calls to customer service (corporate) and having left numerous messages, heard one word back as to a fix for this issue, nor even a return phone call for that matter. Your customer service sucks to be blunt about it!
I have had the dealer remove the 3rd function valve so I can now remove the backhoe and use the 3 pt hitch. I now have in my possession a useless 3rd function diverter valve for which a expect a full refund and a tractor that is not set up the way I wanted. Mahindra is selling a product/ options that they have not engineered for and then can't figure out a solution!
Consider me a very dissatisfied customer... 97% satisfaction my butt!
