I’m selling my barley used well maintained utility tractor with only 191 hours.

I purchased this tractor to make improvements and maintain a 3 acre lot. I now own an 1/8 acre lot and no longer have a need for a tractor this size.

This tractor is 100% garage kept, never been left outside. Most of the engine hours are grass cutting. I also used the tractor to build a large landscape retaining wall, and large patio. This tractor has never left the property or been used commercially.

Tractor includes:

4’ Front bucket

Rear mounted Back Hoe with manual Thumb

60” belly mower (w/spare belt)

Grass Catcher 3-Bagger (rear PTO Driven)

3-point accessory hitch (Never used new in box)

All Manuals and miscellaneous hardware

200 hour maintenance has been completed 3/2021

Note to buyer: Tractor is being sold complete, I’m not willing to part out accessories.  I will accept certified Bank Check, or Wire Transfer, allow time to take delivery after funds clear my bank.
