mx5100 cracked cylinder assembly case

MX5100 with under 300 hours of use has had two issues. 1. blown steering hose - caused second degree burns to an employee. This is a part protected from wear and tear and should not blow up. 2. cracked cyliner assembly case. Not really sure what can cause this other than faulty part. seems to ...
